Silent Hands Support Incorporated's "Training Institute" project is dedicated to empowering women in Bangladesh through technical training and skills development. We recognize that empowering women is a crucial step in advancing the country's economy and overall development. 

Our approach involves establishing training centers across Bangladesh, where women residing in the area are provided with valuable technical skills such as sewing and dressmaking. These skills not only enhance their self-esteem but also equip them with the means to earn a livelihood.

Following the training, we further support these women by providing them with essential tools, including sewing machines and equipment, to kick start their earning potential immediately.

To date, our Training Institute project has successfully trained over 105 women from various parts of Bangladesh. Many of these women have become self-reliant, contributing to their families' well-being and the nation's economic growth.

Looking ahead, our vision is to contribute to Bangladesh's full self-sufficiency and transformation into a fully developed country. With your support, we can continue empowering women and fostering economic growth in Bangladesh.
