Silent Hands Support Incorporated's "Employment" project tackles unemployment in Bangladesh by providing employment opportunities to those in need. Through our initiative, we purchase easy bikes, rickshaws, livestock, and support the establishment of new businesses, empowering individuals to earn a living. We also prioritize the empowerment of disadvantaged women through training programs, enabling them to become self-sufficient.

Our goal is to eradicate unemployment and ensure everyone has the means to lead fulfilling lives. By identifying unemployed individuals across different regions of Bangladesh, we offer tailored employment opportunities to match their skills and circumstances.

Operating throughout the country, our efforts have already impacted the lives of 318 individuals since November 2018.
