Silent Hands Support Incorporated's "One Meal" project is dedicated to addressing hunger in Bangladesh by providing food packs to those in need. Our mission is driven by the belief that access to food is a basic human right, and we are committed to ensuring that no individual goes hungry in our country.

Operating in impoverished communities, orphanages, slums, and streets where hunger prevails, we distribute food packs containing nutritious meals and clean water. Our focus extends throughout Bangladesh, particularly in areas with high poverty rates.

Since August 2018, we have distributed over 35,670 meals, benefiting thousands of individuals across different regions. The One Meal project remains an active and ongoing initiative, with daily efforts to provide sustenance to those who need it most.

Our vision for the future is to continue this vital work until hunger is eradicated in Bangladesh. We aspire to build a nation where every person is well-fed, and hunger becomes a thing of the past.
