North Bengal is one of the most underprivileged regions in Bangladesh, where the harsh winter season brings severe suffering to its residents. The need for warm clothing becomes critical to protect against the bitter cold.
To alleviate this hardship, Silent Hands Support organized the seventh phase of its winter clothes distribution project. On January 12, 2019, warm clothes were distributed to 250 helpless individuals in Mithapukur Upozila, Rangpur district.
The recipients, who had been enduring the cold without adequate protection, expressed immense joy and gratitude upon receiving their new garments. This initiative not only provided physical warmth but also brought hope and comfort to those in need.
Silent Hands Support is proud to have played a role in this effort, standing with the most vulnerable and making a tangible difference in their lives. The completion of this project underscores our commitment to supporting underprivileged communities, ensuring they face the winter season with greater comfort and dignity.
